New Year, New You is a trendy phrase we use in January when we're setting goals and declaring resolutions. To accomplish goals we need an achieving mindset and a vision of a bright and happy future. Power Up For Change is a 12-week program where you adjust your mindset, create a vision, and build the confidence to achieve your dreams. A change in eating habits. Starting a new exercise routine. Playing a musical instrument. Picking up a new sport. All of this takes brain power and the brain does not like change. Register now and Power Up For Change.
